For instance, if one of your life goals is to start your own business but you have never gotten around to it, you can use an affirmation such as "I am smart, confident, and capable of managing my own company" or "I will channel my positive energy towards the fulfillment of my dream." The idea is to repeat these statements to yourself each time you feel like you have hit another bump in the road
